Welcome to Arabic4U, a UAE-based online platform dedicated to helping learners around the world master the Arabic language. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services through Arabic4U.org. By accessing the platform, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

  • Individual Subscriptions: Self-paced and live Arabic courses tailored for learners of all levels.
  • School Plans: Group access for educational institutions, with tools for teachers and progress tracking.

2. Eligibility

  • Be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Use the platform for lawful, educational purposes only.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • Arabic4U offers monthly and annual plans for individuals.
  • Custom pricing is available for schools, based on the number of users and selected services.
  • All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
  • Prices are listed in AED or USD and may include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Individual users can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Refunds are possible within 7 days of initial purchase, provided no more than 20% of content has been accessed.
  • School refunds and cancellations are governed by separate contracts or agreements.

5. Account Usage and Conduct

  • Keep your account details private.
  • Avoid downloading, recording, or distributing platform content.
  • Engage respectfully in all platform communications.
  • Use your account for educational use only.

6. School Plan Guidelines

  • Each student and teacher must have their own login credentials.
  • School administrators are responsible for managing access and updating user information.
  • Arabic4U reserves the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with agreed terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, audio, quizzes, and other content on Arabic4U.org are the intellectual property of Arabic4U and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without explicit permission.
